1. Provide personal assistance and administrative services to
director
2. Supporting office administration tasks and coordination works with
field workers
3. Arranging and coordination weekly meetings, taking minutes and
preparing reports
4. Liaison works with stateholders, sub-contractors and field workers
5. Assisting with safety and well-being administration
6. Collating invoices and processing and ensuring timely delivery
7. Assisting with ad-hoc requests, special projects and other
responsibilities as required
