We are an award winning restaurant and are looking for a Full time Chef.

Your wage will be considered between $30-$35 depends on your experience

You will work around 30+ hours including weekend.

 

 

Key responsibilities – But not limited to

 

·         Selecting and preparing daily ingredients, supporting menu planning

·         Measuring, chopping, blending, seasoning, and cooking under guidance

·         Monitoring food during cooking to maintain consistency and quality

·         Keeping tools, equipment, and workstations clean and hygienic

·         Storing ingredients properly; checking and logging fridge/freezer temps

·         Assisting with inventory management and supply monitoring

·         Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff for seamless service

·         Helping develop and test new menu ideas and recipes

·         Following NZ food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

 

 

Key requirements- but not limited to

·         At least 1 years of relevant experience .

·         Demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced kitchen environments

·         Strong awareness of NZ food safety and hygiene standards

·         Reliable, well-organised, able to follow direction and work in a team

·         Good communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
