We are seeking highly motivated Vehicle Trimmers to join our team. Starting pay offered from $30-$36 hourly will be fixed according to the skills and experience for 30-50 hours a week. However, this will be reviewed periodically. Any overtime will be paid as per above payrate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of related tasks, including:

  • Install, repair, and replace vehicle interior components, including seats, linings, carpets, and door trims.
  • Apply window tinting and full/partial vehicle wraps for colour change and protection.
  • Design and install custom interiors to meet client specifications.
  • Perform car washing, detailing, and grooming services to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and value of vehicles.
  • Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all trimming, modification, and grooming work.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including leather, fabric, vinyl, and composites.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow proper procedures during accessory installation to ensure quality and longevity.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers as needed throughout the service process.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle trimming, upholstery, or accessory installation. Experience in painting, mechanical repairs, or vehicle wrap and tint is an advantage but not required; or a formal qualification in automotive related fields.
  • Skilled in working with tools and materials for interior refurbishment and wrapping.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for automotive aesthetics and customization.
  • Be able to work on weekends.
  • The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions and can pass drug tests.
