We are seeking an experienced person to maintain and develop our Cleaning Business in Christchurch and North Canterbury.
This is a busy role with high work volume, so your ability to priorities, quick decision making & planning is vital to this role.

English and advanced communication skills and ability with technology are advantages.

You will ideally be a cleaning industry professional and understand all aspects of commercial cleaning.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

·      Be the face of the organization, handle all customer enquiries, feedback and provide customers with what they require in a timely manner.

·      Understand the unique customer requirements and provide tailored solutions

·      Establish customer service policies and service levels.

·      Stock taking and ordering stock replenishments

·      Using intrapersonal and negotiation skills to ensure the success of the business

·      Understanding the profit margins and strive to achieve maximum profitability

·      Build lasting relationships with customers, staff and suppliers

·      Studying the market and developing policies to promote business both offline and online.

·      Follow up any complaints and make sure customers’ concerns are resolved satisfactorily.

·      Preparing Commercial Cleaning Quotations

·      Staff Management

·      Establish budgets and ensure compliance with budgetary expenses

·      Identify areas where operations can be improved and develop plans to improve.

·      Ensure compliance with the health and safety policies.

 

Skills and qualifications for the role:

·      Ability to travel to North Canterbury regularly

·      a clean NZ driver’s license Class 1

·      excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Two years of relevant experience, or a relevant management/business diploma qualification with six months of experience in the cleaning business

·      Flexibility to work at weekends and after hours.

·      No criminal or drug history. Successful candidates may be required to undergo a background check.

·      NZ Residency or a valid NZ work visa

Minimum 30 hours a week.

The pay rate ranges from $25.00 to $30.00, depending on the experience and skills you bring to the role.
