Salary: $30 to $35 per hour
We are seeking a motivated person to join our restaurant team as a 3 x Chef. You will be rostered to work at least 30 hours to 40 hours per week, and able to work on weekends and public holidays for this busy role.
Duties

Working in line with the instructions of the Head Chef and Senior Chefs to prepare authentic Indian / Middle Eastern / Indo-Chinese dishes and curries

Ensuring food is prepared in line with Kitchen quality standards Seasoning dishes, preparing ingredients for cooking.

Portioning food, garnishing food and controlling wastage Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment

Should be able to work unsupervised

Should be flexible to work extra hours/ shift work when required and must be able to work on weekends, long weekends as required

Ability to prepare and present Traditional food items for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in a Multi-cuisine and busy environment

Ability to maintain personal hygiene

We need a specialized Mandi and biryani chef , Arabi and muglai dessert and salads able to cook unsupervised
Requirements:

Previous qualification or experience

Be physically fit and able to lift kitchen goods, meat, and grocery products.

Be punctual and have good personal hygiene.

Able to work as part of a team.

Should be flexible to work extra hours/shift work when required, and must be able to work weekends, public holidays and festivals as required.
