We require a Service Delivery Manager for our busy store in Timaru, Canterbury region. This is a full-time role, guranteed minimum 30 hours, paid $28-$34 depending on the experience you hold.

Position Description:

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing overall grocery delivery operations, supply chain activities, and customer service standards. The role also includes hands-on work such as quality control checks and maintaining store hygiene standards

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

             oversee grocery and customer deliveries.

             Manage stock control, supplier coordination, and product quality.

             manage deliveries to B to B customers and store staff to ensure efficient service.

             Perform quality control checks on goods received and dispatched.

             Oversee cleaning and hygiene tasks in the store and delivery areas.

             Handle customer inquiries and service issues professionally as and when needed

             Maintain records of deliveries, costs, and service performance.

all other service delivery management tasks to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction

 

Quals and Experiences:

 

-Any 2-3 years NZ experience is preferred in any job in NZ

-Needs to be matured person who can act as leader

-If the applicant has no prior experience, any tertiary qualification is acceptable. However, if the applicant has 2–3 years of paid work experience in New Zealand, a formal qualification is not required.
