We require a Service Delivery Manager for our busy store in Timaru, Canterbury region. This is a full-time role, guranteed minimum 30 hours, paid $28-$34 depending on the experience you hold.
Position Description:
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing overall grocery delivery operations, supply chain activities, and customer service standards. The role also includes hands-on work such as quality control checks and maintaining store hygiene standards

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• oversee grocery and customer deliveries.
• Manage stock control, supplier coordination, and product quality.
• manage deliveries to B to B customers and store staff to ensure efficient service.
• Perform quality control checks on goods received and dispatched.
• Oversee cleaning and hygiene tasks in the store and delivery areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and service issues professionally as and when needed
• Maintain records of deliveries, costs, and service performance.
• all other service delivery management tasks to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Quals and Experiences:
-Any 2-3 years NZ experience is preferred in any job in NZ
-Needs to be matured person who can act as leader
-If the applicant has no prior experience, any tertiary qualification is acceptable. However, if the applicant has 2–3 years of paid work experience in New Zealand, a formal qualification is not required.
