Commercial Cleaner

This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. The working hours are between Monday to Sunday from 6 pm -1 am. The pay rate will be $23.50 per hour. You should be flexible to work on Public Holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialised cleaning tasks in various commercial settings, such as schools, offices, and more.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors.
  • Sanitising and disinfecting surfaces, including high-touch areas.
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins and replacing liners.
  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
  • Handling and maintaining personal cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes. 

Qualification & Experience

  • 3 years relevant work experience with strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
  • Experience is not required as we can train and teach you the skills to perform your commercial duties with ease.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Must pass Drug and Alcohol Test.
  • Must pass Ministry of Justice or Police Check.
  • Must pass two reference checks.
