Job Details:

Location: Auckland

Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent

Salary: $30-35/hour, negotiable, depending on your skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and operational targets
  •  Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience
  •  Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock levels efficiently
  •  Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and reporting
  •  Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  •  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

Requirements:

  •  Proven 3+ years experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role in sales or business management.
  •  A relevant qualification at level 5 or higher may substitute for the work experience requirements listed above
  •  Being able to work on public holidays if required
  •  Drug free with a clean police record
  •  Strong leadership and team management skills
  •  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  •  Ability to analyze sales reports and implement effective strategies
  •  Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
