Position Title: Store Manager

Location: Blenheim Central, Blenheim
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour 
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience. OR Level 4 or higher qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail dairy shop
  • Manage staff rosters, training, and performance
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and food handling regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate sales and financial records
  • Implement merchandising and promotional strategies
  • Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to company standards
  • Prepare operational reports for management
