Thai Massage Shop Manager

As a Thai Massage Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily shop operations
• Manage staff schedules and monitor performance
• Conduct staff recruitment and interviews
• Have a good understanding of Thai massage techniques
• Be able to train staff on massage techniques, customer service, and hygiene.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve client concerns effectively
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment
• Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Track financial performance, including budgeting, sales, and expenses
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience leading a team and delivering great customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. An understanding of Thai massage techniques and hygiene standards is also essential, as this role plays a key part in maintaining the quality of our services.
