Site Supervisor

we are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day on-site construction operations

Interpret building plans, specifications, and compliance codes

Support site supervisors and project managers with scheduling and planning

Manage materials, tools, and subcontractors on-site

Monitor health and safety, and enforce site compliance

Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are met

Assist with cost estimation and reporting

Liaise with labourers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate tasks and monitor progress on-site

Requirements:

At least 2 years carpenter experience or a 4 level or above relevant qualification

Strong ability to read plans and organise on-site operations

Excellent communication, time management, and team coordination skills
