Marketing Specialist – Auckland
JP Project Management, we are a growing architecture and construction company based in Auckland, delivering both residential and commercial projects across the region.
We are now seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to help us expand our brand presence and accelerate our business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducts market research to identify residential and commercial construction opportunities and analyse client demand.
  • Plans and executes marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and promotional activities to support business growth.
  • Manages digital marketing channels including social media, website content, SEO, Google/Meta ads, and online lead generation.
  • Advises on service positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Develops brand visibility initiatives and maintains a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Creates marketing materials and project showcases to support sales, tenders, and business development.
  • Monitors digital and general marketing performance and provides reports to guide improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience or a bachelor’s degree in any field is required. 
  • Strong digital marketing & content creation skills
  • Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and project-management abilities
