Team member

We are seeking a team member to join our Fast-food Store in Hamilton. The position is full-time, requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Position Description:

The responsibilities of this role encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Providing customer service to all the customers.

• Effectively upselling products to customers.

• Determining customer requirements and offering guidance on our product range and pricing.

• Processing various forms of payment with proficiency.

• Skillfully preparing food items.

• Undertaking general cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary environment.

• Assisting in-store operations as required.

• Contributing to the ongoing management of stock, encompassing product inventories and participation in stocktakes.

• Wrapping and packing goods sold.

Qualifications of Successful Applicants:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a fast-food establishment.
