Our leading service industry client, is growing their team and is looking for super motivated Sales Representative/ BDM to get out, acquire new business and grow their client base.

The business is well known, and their value proposition is strong — which just makes your job easier. With growing demand and a business on the rise, they’re expanding their sales team, so we are looking for a Sales Representative to grow a North Auckland territory.

This is a field based, new business focused, hunting role, so we’re looking for a confident, face-to-face Sales Rep who thrives on activity, targets, and closing deals.

In a nutshell you will be responsible for getting out and talking to all the businesses in your North Shore territory to make sales and grow revenue.

While this is not considered a door-to-door sales role... you WILL be out there talking to customers every day. The more the merrier! You will earn commission on every sale and also on every Service Re-sign. So, if you do the numbers, you will earn very well.

This will sound a bit blunt, but this role is NOT for those who prefer Account Management, or prospect by sending emails, or prefer to be office based. Or those who are used to selling a complex solution. Or those who think making 10 sales visits a week is enough.... it's not! Not for this role anyway.

It is not a hard sell... it's a service that every business needs.... It's Waste Management, Waste Disposal, and Waste Recycling. They are the Waste Experts!

What we are looking for

  • High Energy Go- Getters!!! If you are driven and excited about the potential of making sales and making commission, this is a job for you.

  • Min 1-2 years in B2B sales, or door to door direct sales.

  • Huge amounts of enthusiasm, dedication and a desire to achieve

  • Confidence to prospect, cold call and make sales appointments with new customers.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated, with the discipline to get out there and work independently

  • Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.

  • Strong presentation and closing skills

  • Who will put in the sales activity to talk to more customers and close more deals. 

  • We are looking for those that really want to make good $$$, so we only want highly motivated salespeople who will get out there and smash it.

  •  This is a North Shore Territory so the preference for this person to live in or around North Auckland ( Or maybe the City Fringe or West).
