Position Title: Team Member

Location: Taranaki Region
Pay Rate: $25 – $30 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience OR Level 1 qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times
  • Support team members during peak hours
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly

Key Requirements

  • Oversee daily operations of the pizza shop
  • Manage staff rosters, training, and performance
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate stock ordering
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and food handling regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate sales and financial records
  • Implement promotional strategies to boost sales
  • Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to company standards
  • Prepare operational reports for management
