Position Title: Chef
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
Pay Rate: $27 – $32 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience OR level 4 qualification

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and fast-food menu items.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Train and guide kitchen assistants on food preparation techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  • Plan and organize daily kitchen operations efficiently.
