Location: Wairoa District, Hawke's Bay Region
Payrate: $25 - $30 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 months of experience. OR Level 1 qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the retail floor and displays

• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle EFTPOS/cash transactions accurately

• Restock shelves, check expiry dates, and rotate stock as needed

• Assist with inventory checks and unpacking deliveries

• Handle minor customer complaints and escalate when necessary

• Follow store safety, hygiene, and security procedures

• Support other team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
