Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to- day operations of our shop, ensuring that all sales targets are met and exceeded, and providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the shop, including scheduling,
• inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
• Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
• Hire, train, and manage staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned.
• Manage the shop's budget and expenses.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications Required:

• A Level 5 diploma or higher in Business/ Business Management or a similar dicsipline is required
• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline may substitute the qualification requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail management may substitute the qualification requirements for this job.
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale system is looked for if applying on the basis of work experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Passion for retail and a commitment to excellence.
