Our company is seeking competent retail manager to work with us in Auckland

You are required to work at least 30 hours per week, and have minimum 2-year relevant
work experience, or hold relevant recognized NZ qualification (level 5 or above)

We offer hourly wage rates ranging from Minimum $31 to maximum of $48
depending on your skill and/or relevant work experience

Your main tasks include:

Ensuring our store’s overall operations are appropriately performed
Determining goods mix, and service standards and making orders

Working out and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, organizing advertisements
and setting prices for various goods including the specials
overseeing and checking the quantity and quality of goods
Monitoring the day-to-day sales
Keeping track of stock and its levels
Undertaking store budgeting and managing financial transactions
Selecting, training and supervising staff
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
