FOREST LANDSCAPING LTD is a company located in Auckland and is currently looking for 4 Carpenters.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours of work per week.

Job Description:

  • Reviewed and interpreted building plans and technical drawings to determine material requirements, dimensions, and installation specifications.
  • Coordinated the sourcing and procurement of timber and other construction materials, while preparing detailed layout plans.
  • Measured, cut, and shaped construction materials in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Assembled and installed wooden components to construct structural frameworks and fittings.
  • Built and installed structural elements, including walls, roofs, staircases, window frames, and panels.
  • Installed fascia boards, roof sheathing, external cladding, and door and window frames to required standards.
  • Constructed and fitted internal and external cladding systems as part of building framework completion.
  • Carried out the removal, repair, and replacement of existing fixtures and fittings as required by project needs.

To fit the position, you are required to have:

  • At least one year of relevant work experience in the industry, or
  • Have a relevant qualification at NZQCF Level 4 or higher. No specific major is required if you hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
