Position Overview

Aurignis Limited is seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to support the growth of 21 Days Bar & Brasserie. This role will focus on brand promotion, social media operations, content planning, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns that strengthen the restaurant’s presence in Browns Bay and the wider Auckland dining market.

The successful candidate will help promote the restaurant’s steak experience, brasserie menu, wine and beverage offerings, private dining room, functions, reservations, and seasonal campaigns across digital and local marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer traffic, reservations, and function enquiries.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content calendars, captions, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Create and coordinate promotional content for signature steak dishes, seasonal menus, wine and beverage offerings, private dining, functions, and special events.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, website content, online advertising, local partnerships, and in-restaurant promotions.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across menus, posters, digital content, advertising materials, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor local dining trends, customer feedback, online reviews, competitor activity, and social media trends.
  • Support food photography, short-form video content, influencer outreach, local community promotions, and event marketing.
  • Prepare marketing reports with insights on campaign performance, audience engagement, customer response, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, social media operations, hospitality marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand promotion, content planning, customer engagement, and campaign execution.
  • Experience with social media platforms, online advertising, website content, and digital community management.
  • Ability to create engaging marketing materials for restaurant, hospitality, food, lifestyle, or local community audiences.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and respond quickly to restaurant marketing needs.
  • Knowledge of Auckland dining trends, Asian market preferences, or multilingual communication is an advantage.
