We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Company Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the cleaning business

  • Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff and team leaders

  • Preparing staff rosters and managing work schedules

  • Ensuring high standards of cleaning and customer service are maintained

  • Managing client relationships and responding to customer enquiries

  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Training new staff and ensuring workplace health and safety compliance

  • Conducting site inspections and quality control checks

  • Assisting with business planning and operational improvements

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience or level 4 certificate 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Day and Night Roasters (late-night works)

  • Must be available over the weekend and public holidays 

  • Drug test and Ministry of Justice is required 

Employment Details:

  • Full-time permanent position

  • Minimum 30 hours per week and $30 to $40 Per hour
