We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Company Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the cleaning business

Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff and team leaders

Preparing staff rosters and managing work schedules
-
Ensuring high standards of cleaning and customer service are maintained
-
Managing client relationships and responding to customer enquiries
-
Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning supplies and equipment
-
Training new staff and ensuring workplace health and safety compliance
-
Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
-
Assisting with business planning and operational improvements
Requirements:

Relevant experience or level 4 certificate
-
Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
-
Good organisational and time management skills
-
Day and Night Roasters (late-night works)
-
Must be available over the weekend and public holidays
-
Drug test and Ministry of Justice is required

Minimum 30 hours per week and $30 to $40 Per hour
