We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our hospitality team across Canterbury, including Cheviot, Amberley, and Christchurch.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking a variety of meals according to menu requirements

Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard of quality, taste, and presentation

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Following food safety and health & safety regulations at all times

Managing food stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies

Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team

Assisting with menu planning and daily specials where required

Ensuring efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods

We have food trailers and on the basis of the roasters the cook will be informed o for the location.
Requirements:

Relevant experience or qualification preferred

Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays if required

Minimum 30 hours per week and $25 to $35 Per hour
