Job: Retail   Manager  Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Retail Manager to join our team Awakeri dairy .The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the store independently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation. Responsibilities: ·        Look after the daily running of the retail store. ·        Open and close the store when needed. ·        Supervise staff to make sure work is done properly and store rules are followed. ·        Hire and train new staff, make weekly rosters, and check staff performance. ·        Make sure the store runs smoothly every day. ·        Check sales and expenses to see how the store is performing. ·        Plan budgets and prepare simple financial reports. ·        Order stock, keep good relationships with suppliers, and get the best prices. ·        Organize promotions to attract new customers and keep regular ones happy. ·        Handle customer complaints politely and make sure customers are satisfied. ·        Always be friendly and helpful to customers. Requirements:  ·       Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a Retail store environment. ·       Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours/week, maximum up to 45 hours/week. The successful applicant will receive $32.00 per hour for all hours worked.
