Whakapai Hauora (WH) was established in 1993 as the health social services whānau ora environmental & disability support arm of the Manawhenua Rangitāne o ManawatÅ« based in Palmerston North.  Our vision is to be the most proactive culturally appropriate whānau centred provider of holistic health disability support whānau ora and social services for people regardless of age disability or cultural background in the ManawatÅ«. We serve not only our people Rangitāne o ManawatÅ« but predominately Māori Pacific Island Refugees and those from the lower socio-economic sectors of our community.
