Title: Commercial Cleaner

Job salary: Between $27 to $30

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team and provide high-quality cleaning services and hygiene to our clients based in Auckland. This is a full-time permanent role, involves cleaning offices, industrial & warehouse sites, warehouse cafes and building common areas from 6 am to 2 pm during weekdays, with occasional weekend work as required by the client.

Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Minimum 6 months of previous commercial cleaner work experience is required.

Responsibilities Include:

·       Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.

·       Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, curtains and loose furniture.

·       Utilize acids and solvents to eliminate stains and dirt from surfaces

·       Scrubbing and sanitising toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.

·       Replenishing kitchen and toilet consumables.

·       Emptying bins, replacing bin bags, and maintain cleanliness of containers, bins, and trays.

·       Washing and drying windows, window ledges, skirtings, doors and frames.

·       Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all

·       times.

·       Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.

·       Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.

·       Keeping the cleaning cupboard and its contents clean and orderly.

To be successful in this role the applicant should have:

Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Have a positive attitude, good work ethic re attendance and willingness to follow schedules and carry out duties. Willingness to get the job done through inclement weather. Have own transport and valid driver license to move between sites. Be physically fit and healthy, energetic and well presented. Good communication skills in English and own a mobile phone. Have a clean Police record and be drug and alcohol free for work. All sites are smoke and vape free.
