About SIGNarch

SIGNarch is a residential architectural design studio established in 2018, based in Takapuna, Auckland.

Our core services include architectural design, land subdivision planning, and RC/BC consent applications, allowing us to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end service from concept through to Council approval. We also stay closely involved during the construction stage to ensure the design vision is accurately realised on site.

To date, SIGNarch has completed over 600 residential projects, ranging from small pool houses to large-scale 30-unit developments. We are continuing to expand beyond Auckland into other parts of New Zealand, bringing our experience, creativity, and dedication to each new site.
