Web Administrator

Roco Papaz Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Administrator to manage and develop our online presence and digital platforms.

Our business operates a website and online ordering platform, and we are looking for someone with strong IT and web skills who can take responsibility for the ongoing administration, maintenance and improvement of our website and online systems. This role is a permanent role of 30 hours guaranteed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website and online ordering platform.
• Update website content, menus, pricing, promotions and other online information.
• Monitor the website and online ordering system to ensure they operate effectively.
• Identify and resolve website and technical issues.
• Liaise with external website, software and IT service providers when required.
• Manage website security, backups, software updates and general website maintenance.
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements.
• Manage and improve search engine optimisation (SEO).
• Monitor website traffic, online customer engagement and online sales.
• Prepare reports on website performance, traffic and online sales.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and online promotional activities.
• Support the development and improvement of the company's digital systems and online presence.
• Provide general IT and website support to the business as required.

Minimum requirements

Applicants must have either:

• a relevant qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development, Web Design or a closely related field; or
• at least 2 years of relevant experience in website administration, web development, IT systems or a closely related role.

Applicants should also have practical knowledge of website administration and maintenance, good computer and IT skills, an understanding of website design and front-end web technologies, and knowledge of website security, backups, software updates, SEO and website analytics.

Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills are required.

Experience with online ordering, e-commerce or other online customer platforms would be an advantage.

The successful applicant must be able to work independently and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and improvement of the company's online systems and be willing to comply with the employer's drug and alcohol policies and any pre-employment checks required for the role.
