Heavy Fabrication Apprenticeship

We will:

·       Mentor you throughout the journey

·       Offer guidance and support

·       Provide a full set of tools and PPE

·       Pay your apprenticeship fees (including block course fees)

·       Pay for training as required (gantry crane/slings etc.)

·       40-50+ hours per week

·       Ability to speak up – not afraid to ask questions/seek clarification

·       Initiative – looks for things to do, rather than stand around waiting to be told

·       Basic maths skills

·       Basic understanding of drawings/weld symbols

·       A Teamplayer – also has the ability to work independently

·       Someone who can work in a multi-cultural environment

Advantageous - Completion of Yr 1 of Pre-Trade with Ara/Competenz
