About the Role

This full-time position in Tauranga involves high-quality auto-body repairs, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards.  You’ll work closely with our workshop team and production manager to deliver efficient, top-tier repairs while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service.

Minimum NZ $ 30 & Maximum NZ $ 35 P/H 

Minimum 30 H/P/W and Maximu 40 H/P/W Gurenteed. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strip, fit, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Refit and align panels, remove/replace glass as required
  • Maintain a safe, efficient workshop (health & safety is a priority)
  • Work Collaboratively to meet deadlines

 

What We’re looking For:

  • 3+ years experience in automotive panel and paint industry (or relevant trade qualifications)
  • Passion for the auto industry and keeping up with advancements
  • Strong work ethic, drive to improve, and team-player attitude
  • Physically fit – able to operate machinery and be on your feet most of the day
