Coordinate regional tenders and quotations to grow Toll's freight forwarding sales

Toll Global Forwarding Regional Sales Support

At Toll Global Forwarding, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Sales Support professional to provide critical commercial and administrative support to our regional sales team. This role plays an important part in driving revenue growth and customer retention by supporting quotations, tenders, CRM management, reporting, customer onboarding and cross-functional collaboration across freight forwarding operations.

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Support at Toll Group includes:

  • Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, RFQs and small tenders.
  • Support sales teams with presentations, proposals and customer materials.
  • Manage follow-ups on opportunities, customer enquiries and sales leads.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting and sales compliance.
  • Coordinate regional tender submissions and pricing activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or sales support.
  • Understanding of air and ocean freight operations and pricing.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or CargoWise.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills & Experience include:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience preparing quotations, tenders and sales documentation.
  • Confidence interpreting data and generating meaningful reports.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
