Managing day-to-day air freight export operations with precision and care, where you will see the process through from start to finish. Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely, seamless deliveries. Meeting performance and compliance standards with passion, trust, and pride. Preparing and processing export documentation.

Confidence and professionalism to be the face of Hellmann to our customers—building trust, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. 2 years+ of experience in air freight operations. Solid knowledge of Airfreight logistics industry and processes. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CargoWise. A customs pin (big plus). Experience with perishable exports is also a big plus. Availability to support a rotating weekend roster.
