Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay Rate: 30 to $35  per hour

Bloody Burger is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, supervising staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store.
  • Recruit, train, supervise and support staff.
  • Prepare staff rosters and organise daily work duties.
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain workplace standards.
  • Ensure customers receive efficient and high-quality service.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor stock levels and arrange ordering of food, beverages and other supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure stock is received and stored correctly.
  • Monitor sales, expenses and other operational costs.
  • Maintain appropriate business and operational records.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and health and safety requirements are followed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
  • Assist with implementing promotions and initiatives to increase sales.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
  • Report operational matters and business performance to the business owner/director.

Requirements

The successful applicant should:

  • Relevant Level 4 qualification or 2 years of work experience
  • Have good leadership and staff-management skills.
  • Have strong customer-service and communication skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Be organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.
  • Have a good understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
