Air Conditioning Technicians Wanted

We are looking for 3 permanent and full-time (at least 30 hours guaranteed per week, workdays from Monday to Saturday) Air Conditioning Technicians to grow with our team.

We are looking for Air Conditioning Technician, who are self-motivated and have high finish standard with an excellent eye for detail. You will need to have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the same field, OR have a relevant level 4 or equivalent qualifications/certificates, when being considered.

We offer a competitive salary of $29.00/hour and it could be negotiated to $45.00 per hour depending on your skills and experiences.

Air Conditioning Technicians are required to:

·      Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, HVAC layouts, equipment specifications and installation plans.

·      Assist with the installation, assembly and inspection of air-conditioning equipment, mechanical components, ductwork, pipework, supports and associated systems.

·      Assist with estimating material quantities and equipment requirements for mechanical HVAC projects.

·      Select appropriate tools, equipment and mechanical components for installation work.

·      Position, align and secure mechanical HVAC equipment and components according to engineering specifications.

·      Conduct mechanical testing and commissioning of HVAC systems after installation.

·      Measure and record operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, airflow and flow rates.

·      Compare test results with engineering specifications, identify mechanical and system-performance problems and recommend corrective action.

·      Prepare installation, inspection, testing and commissioning records and technical reports.

·      Coordinate mechanical installation activities with engineers, electricians and other trades.

·      Ensure mechanical installation work complies with relevant technical specifications, standards and safety requirements.
