JB Bedi Investment Limited, a road freight transport services provider, is seeking an Administrator to join its team in the Auckland region. The role will support the day-to- day administration of the business, maintain accurate records and documentation, coordinate office tasks, and assist with transport-related administrative activities to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company.

Key Duties:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to help keep the office and transport operations organised and running smoothly.
• Maintain company records and documents, including transport service agreements, compliance documents, client correspondence, and general business records.
• Prepare, organise, and keep track of invoices, purchase orders, reports, service records, and other transport-related documentation.
• Communicate with clients, drivers, suppliers, and management to coordinate administrative matters and support the smooth delivery of transport services.
• Keep staff schedules, job details, service logs, and other operational records accurate and up to date.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries, responding where possible or directing them to the appropriate person.
• Maintain workplace health and safety records and assist with ensuring company procedures and compliance requirements are followed.
• Assist with routine financial administration, such as processing invoices, recording expenses, and reconciling day-to-day business costs.
• Organise staff meetings, training sessions, and business appointments, including preparing relevant documents and keeping meeting records where required.
• Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems so that company and client information can be easily accessed when needed.
• Provide general office support, including data entry, preparing documents, updating records, and handling routine administrative tasks.
• Carry out other administrative duties as required to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the transport business.

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $25 - $30 per hour.
