What You'll Do
Deliver Great Customer Experiences
- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain Store Standards
- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
- Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
Support Daily Store Operations
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems
- Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards
- Support product launches and peak trading periods

- Demonstrates genuine interest in Pop Mart products, collectible figures and character IPs
- Has researched Pop Mart and can speak beyond simply naming our characters and IPs, demonstrating an understanding of their stories, appeal and connection with collectors
- Energised by fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
- Reliable, positive and adaptable with a strong work ethic
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Takes ownership, follows processes and maintains high standards
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
- Mandarin or additional language skills are highly regarded, but not essential.
Part-Time Availability Requirements
- This is a permanent part-time position.
- Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required.
- Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.
- Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.
- Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
- Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
- Highpoint store requirements: Mondays, Thursdays and at least one weekend day
