By joining our nationwide Farm Source store team, you're joining a group of agricultural experts and setting yourself up for an outstanding career! We are looking for permanent part-time super star Sales Specialists to join our local Culverden store, you'll provide sound farming product advice to our loyal customers. Getting stuck into everything from merchandising to customer service. As part of your day-to-day, you'll also assist with entry-level administrative tasks such as processing customer orders and invoices, updating product pricing and stock levels in our systems, managing store filing, maintaining tidy and accurate records, and supporting with end-of-day cash balancing and banking preparation.

You'll be a self-motivated, adaptable team member with excellent customer service and communication skills. You'll have a high level of physical fitness; we are looking for someone who is hands on and able to sustain repetitive manual handling such as lifting our 25kg bags of product on a daily basis. Ideally, you'll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we're equally open to those looking to make a move straight off farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry. Rural experience would be beneficial, but not essential. Clean drivers license.
