The roles are permanent, full-time employment with a minimum of 30 hours of work per week guaranteed.

 

The successful candidates must have at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience. The role may require you to travel out of town from time to time; the employer will pay for the travel costs.

You must have at least 2 contactable references, a clean criminal record and a driver's license.

Job Description Summary:

  • Install, repair and maintain commercial roofing systems including metal roofing, membrane roofing and cladding.
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications and site instructions.
  • Measure, cut, fit and secure roofing materials using hand and power tools.
  • Install flashings, gutters, downpipes and waterproofing systems.
  • Work safely at heights and follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Load, unload and transport roofing materials, equipment and tools.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
