Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Pay: NZD $45.00–$55.00 per hour

Active 4x4 Dismantlers is seeking an experienced Supply & Distribution Manager to manage the storage, inventory, movement and distribution of automotive parts across our busy vehicle dismantling and parts operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and coordinate the storage and distribution of automotive parts.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate stock levels across the business.
  • Monitor warehouse and inventory-control systems.
  • Coordinate the movement, storage, dispatch and distribution of parts.
  • Oversee records relating to stock movements, storage and dispatch.
  • Coordinate freight and nationwide distribution requirements.
  • Liaise with sales, procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock requirements.
  • Develop procedures to improve warehouse and distribution efficiency.
  • Direct and monitor warehouse and distribution staff.
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve supply and distribution issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification; OR
  • At least 5 years of relevant supply, distribution, logistics or warehouse management experience.
  • Strong organisational and inventory-management skills.
  • Ability to supervise staff and coordinate a busy distribution operation.
