Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Onehunga, Auckland
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Pay: NZD $45.00–$55.00 per hour

Active 4x4 Dismantlers is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the company's sales, marketing and business-development activities within the automotive-parts sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Establish sales objectives, targets and performance measures.
• Manage and monitor the performance of the sales function.
• Develop strategies to grow retail, trade and online automotive-parts sales.
• Identify new customers, markets and business-development opportunities.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies in consultation with management.
• Plan and coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor customer demand, market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade and commercial customers.
• Analyse sales performance and prepare management reports.
• Provide direction and support to sales staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification; OR
• At least 5 years of relevant sales and marketing management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and manage sales performance.
• Strong communication, leadership and commercial skills.
