Pay: NZD $35.00–$42.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operation of automotive-parts retail sales.
  • Monitor stock levels and product availability.
  • Coordinate pricing, merchandising and customer-service standards.
  • Supervise, allocate duties to and support retail sales staff.
  • Monitor sales performance and operational targets.
  • Assist with determining product mix and stock requirements.
  • Ensure customer enquiries and orders are handled efficiently.
  • Manage customer-service issues and operational problems.
  • Maintain appropriate retail and transaction records.
  • Implement procedures to improve retail efficiency and service standards.
  • Train and supervise retail staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma-level qualification; OR
  • At least 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Strong staff-management and customer-service skills.
  • Automotive-parts experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
