ICT Business Analyst

Location: Onehunga, Auckland
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Pay: NZD $45.00–$55.00 per hour

Active 4x4 Dismantlers is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to analyse and improve business systems supporting inventory, sales, procurement, warehouse and online operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and ICT systems.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory, sales and operational systems.
• Develop functional specifications for system improvements.
• Analyse information flows between sales, warehouse, procurement and administration functions.
• Assist with implementation and improvement of business software and digital systems.
• Work with users and service providers to resolve system and process issues.
• Develop process documentation and system requirements.
• Assist with testing and implementation of system changes.
• Analyse data and system performance to identify operational improvements.
• Provide advice to management on ICT-enabled business-process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, business analysis or a related discipline; OR
• At least 5 years of relevant ICT business-analysis experience.
• Strong business-process analysis and requirements-documentation skills.
• Experience with inventory, ERP, CRM, e-commerce or related business systems would be advantageous.
