We are a busy retailer seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to supervise and coordinate our team of retail sales staff and keep our store operating to a high standard.

We are seeking a Supervisor who will be responsible for the following responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of retail sales staff

  • Making sure customers receive prompt, friendly service and quality goods

  • Responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints about goods and services

  • Planning and preparing staff rosters and work schedules, and assigning team members to specific duties

  • Coaching staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales situations

  • Checking returned goods and deciding on the appropriate action

  • Monitoring stock levels, taking inventory and ordering new stock

  • Making sure goods are correctly priced, presented and displayed

  • Ensuring health and safety and security procedures are followed on the floor

You are required to have a high school qualification or a minimum of 1 year of work experience in supervising establishments. You will be gaurenteed a minimum of 30 hours of week.
