Wanganui Vape shop is a specialist vape retailer seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to supervise and coordinate our team of retail sales staff and keep our store operating to a high standard.

We are seeking two Supervisors for our Vape shop.

The Role requires you to do the following

•      Ensure customers receive prompt service and quality products, including accurate guidance on devices, e-liquids, coils and accessories

•      Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints about products and services

•      Plan and prepare weekly staff rosters and assign team members to specific duties

•      Take part in interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating and promoting staff, and handle staff grievances or performance issues

•      Instruct staff on handling difficult or complex sales situations, including refusing sales where age cannot be verified

•      Examine returned or faulty products and decide on the appropriate action (refund, exchange or warranty claim)

•      Conduct regular stocktakes and order new stock from suppliers

•      Ensure all products are correctly priced and displayed in line with product display and advertising regulations

•      Enforce safety, security and compliance procedures, including R18 age verification, cash handling, and opening/closing security

You are gaurenteed a minimum of 30 hours of work and this is a permanent role. You are required to have a high school qualification or atleast 1 year of work experience in the relevant field.
