Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

  • Pick, pack, receive, store, and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
  • Support production by issuing and returning materials as required.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations.
  • Participate in stock counts and report discrepancies promptly.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
  • Report hazards, incidents, and risks in a timely manner.

4. Teamwork & Communication

  • Work closely with warehouse, production, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
  • Support process improvements and other duties as required.

Requirements

1. Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

2. Safety & Compliance

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
  • Ability to handle goods safely and responsibly.

3. Teamwork & Attitude

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

4. Qualifications

  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand.
