JP Media is the cultural and brand communication division of Just Prestige Group. Since 2017, it has delivered concerts, artist tours, brand activations, institutional events, public diplomacy projects, PR campaigns, and cross-cultural media experiences connecting Chinese and New Zealand audiences.

Key Duties

  • Plan and develop multimedia content for concerts, events, brand activations, PR campaigns, websites and digital platforms.
  • Translate business requirements and audience needs into structured content briefs, scripts, visual concepts and communication materials.
  • Create and refine multimedia materials, including presentations, graphics, video content, promotional materials and digital assets.
  • Organise information and visual content into clear, coherent and audience-focused formats.
  • Support website, social media and other digital content updates.
  • Coordinate multimedia production activities before, during and after events.
  • Work with internal teams, photographers, videographers, media partners and external suppliers to collect and organise production inputs.
  • Manage production schedules, stakeholder feedback, review cycles and content delivery timelines.
  • Maintain organised digital assets, source files, campaign materials and final outputs.
  • Review multimedia materials for accuracy, visual consistency, brand alignment and delivery quality.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and brand message across digital and offline communication channels.
  • Carry out other lawful and reasonable duties related to the position.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication, Design or another relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia, digital content, product communication, visual communication, design or a related field.
  • Experience in content planning, script development, visual storytelling, presentation design and digital asset organisation.
  • An understanding of multimedia production workflows, digital formats and basic web content principles.
  • Practical ability to create, edit or coordinate video, graphic, presentation and digital content.
  • Experience translating technical, product or business information into clear, audience-ready communication materials.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including managing priorities, deadlines, feedback and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and visual consistency.
  • Familiarity with multimedia design, video-editing, presentation or web-content tools.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in concerts, cultural events, entertainment, PR or brand activation projects is preferred but not essential.
