Mightywiser Interior Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining, verifying, evaluating, and reporting on financial, operational, and managerial processes, systems, and outcomes. This role ensures the financial and operational integrity of our organization by conducting financial auditing, project auditing, compliance auditing and operational  auditing. 

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.
  • Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in financial, operational, and compliance processes.
  • Identify areas of risk and challenges and propose annual auditing plans.
  • Perform regular risk assessments and assist in enterprise risk management initiatives.
  • Support business process reviews and evaluate existing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Review and evaluate the cost control systems and practices across the business key areas such as labour, material, Coordination and Operational cost,  to ensure the profitability

  • Develop audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.

  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on outstanding issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.

  • Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and audit findings.

Requirement:

  • Relevant bachelor degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
  • Relevant work experience in Finance and accounting field is not compulsory but preferred. 

Salary: $32-35 per hour
