Scaffolder

Requirements:

2 years of relevant experience or a Level 4 or above relevant qualification (if the candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions.）

Must be flexible for work, able to work over the weekends, and must cover our required shifts.

Long-term and full commitments are required.

Estimate the time and scaffolding equipment required to complete each project

Calculate scaffold loadings and decide what scaffolding platform to build

Load and unload scaffolding from trucks, using forklifts

Fit steel tubes and support braces together to form the scaffolding framework

Set base plates on the ground at regular intervals to stop the upright poles slipping

Monitor the progress of the project and adjust the scaffolding structures as necessary

Remove the scaffolding at the end of the project and ensure all scaffolding equipment has been collected and returned without damage

Inspect the maintenance of scaffolding equipment as required regularly to ensure safety and stability

Be able to communicate professionally with our customers & follow clear procedures and supply great customer service.

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn & grow their product knowledge.

Scaffolding experience is preferred

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
