Front End Loader driver with W license 
 
We're looking for an experienced Loader Driver to join a busy recycling facility in Penrose. This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly, working mostly indoors and out of the weather.
 
What's on offer:
*Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
*Occasional Saturday work available
*$26.00 per hour + 8% holiday pay
*Full-time hours with potential for long-term employment
*Paid trial period to make sure the role is the right fit for both you and the team
 
What you'll be doing:
*Operating a loader to move and load recyclable materials
*Assisting with general yard and plant operations
*Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
*Following site health and safety procedures
*Working alongside the team to keep operations running efficiently
 
What we're looking for:
*Current WTR endorsement
*Proven loader operating experience, ideally in recycling or an industrial environment
*Forklift licence and experience are highly desirable
*Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
*Comfortable working in a busy, physical environment
*Good attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
