Role: Student Counsellor
As a Student Counsellor, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, parents and teachers, providing guidance on education options, visa processes, and career pathways. Your role will involve building strong relationships with students and their families while ensuring they receive accurate, timely, and professional advice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to students on study options, universities, and visa applications.
  • Assist students in preparing and submitting application documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems and requirements.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Achieve team goals and contribute to a collaborative environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: preferred experience in a similar role (education consultancy experience preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
